With over 8 years in the fitness industry, my journey began as a gym trainer, where I built a strong foundation in strength training, muscle building, and fat loss. For the past 4 years, I’ve been working as a personal trainer, helping 25+ clients achieve their desired physique, improve strength, and create sustainable fitness habits.
I specialize in training individuals over 40 and senior citizens, focusing on improving mobility, reducing back and leg pain, and enhancing everyday functionality. Many of my clients now move pain-free, feel stronger in their daily activities, and lead a much healthier lifestyle.
Balancing a corporate career with fitness gives me a practical understanding of busy schedules, which helps me design realistic, result-driven programs that fit seamlessly into professional life.
