Information you shared is not complete, as per my understanding, it seems you have some domain experience in the industry. Being an MBA with Finance and HR, you can plan your career in the IT industry by pursuing training in SAP FI or SAP HR suited to your experience.

Hi Akhilesh,
As you have mentioned you don't have any exposure on coding and not even interested.
In that, I would suggest with some domain experience you can enter in SAP world which was and is always in demand in the IT market.
You can do certification if ready to invest 4-5 lacs else can join training through some experienced professional in SAP.
