I am a Mechanical Engineer from BITS Pilani. I am highly interested in Music, Mathematics, Physics and Computer Science. I am into this 'business' of teaching since 6 years.

I like to learn new things all by myself by reading good books. I believe that learning in this way makes it more interesting. You can get a deeper understanding of the subject as compared to attending lectures.
I firmly believe that self study is the best way to study.

However, our current schooling system makes students learn by rote. Unfortunately, many classes and tutors also so the same thing. Many students and their parents have become so focused on marks. The real reason to learn something is because you just enjoy the subject. If you enjoy the subject, you work hard to understand it, marks will usually follow. Even if you don't get good marks, you are still happy to have learned something interesting.

I try to teach students how to learn. In the long run, my students should be able to learn independently. They should become good researchers and engineers. This is my motive when I teach. I love to make students appreciate the beauty in Science and Mathematics.

I provide training for Regional Mathematical Olympiad, KVPY, Physics Olympiad, Astronomy Olympiad and engineering and science entrance exams like JEE Main, Advanced, BITSAT.

I had passed 10th std with avg marks. So i was hesitant about joining an IITJEE coaching class. On the first day he (Ninad Puranik) told me to give a try and if interested then only join. So i started and soon he found out that i lagged in the basics of mathematics and he started teaching and clearing my basic concepts first. After almost a period of 1-2 months i was ready for the IITJEE stuff and soon progressed greatly. His method of teaching, talking and most importantly the way he understands every individual student's grasping power and ability to solve problems were the qualities i had rarely seen in a teacher till now. The amount of time he gives for each student and things and ideas to be shared to improve a students capability are the qualities i don't see in many people which i see in him. I got a good score in JEE which i would have never been able to get by joining somewhere else. I feel lucky that i joined Ninad dada's class.
