I am a professionally experienced school educator with a diverse teaching experience spanning across primary, middle and high school segments. Over the years i have successfully taught across multiple educational frameworks, specialising in foundational conceptual development, language skills and humanities. My key teaching milestones are: 1. Alternative and foundational education (grades 1-4) (2022-26): I spent 4 years as a Waldorf Class Teacher, taking a single cohort through their formative primary years. I handled all core subjects using artistic, narrative-driven, rhythm based methodologies to build strong foundational literacy and numeracy while also providing care and nurturing to children in my care. 2. Middle School English and Social Sciences (Grades 6-8) at Teach for India and iTeach (2018-20, 2021-22): I worked as a TFI fellow and later a teacher with iTeach in government schools and taught grades 6-8 English and Social Sciences using data driven instructions, smart classroom, group study structures and positive reinforcement. I develop a mentorship environment for young teens, engaging them through activities that challenge their calibre and not just dry concept delivery. 3. Senior Secondary Economics (2014-18): I taught Economics to high school commerce and arts students as a part time work while pursuing my college education. My education philosophy: I lead my students towards their higher development by catering to their educational needs and interests while balancing approachability and assertiveness. I diligently research my topics before delivering a lesson and make them interactive.
