I am patient listener and share good rapport with my students. I teach with active involvement of the students I believe through interactive approach students grasp and learn better. Recapulation of previous knowledge is important aspect before start of any new class. The students can clear their doubts with one on one method more effectively. I have experience of dealing diverse types of learners like audio, visual, kinesthetic.. The students understand the concept better by audio visual method instead of usual chalk and board lecturing. I feel through online classes the other wise shy and introvert students have become more communicative and sharing their doubts through my practical experience. This is very positive development as all students seek teacher's attention. My online class is supported by regular test whether objective or subjective because regular periodic tests ensures regular revision by students. In order to cater to the needs better, students is provided help in home assignments of the subject also. Through continuous interaction I am also able to figure out the attentivity of the student in virtual setting when I am sharing my screen. So collective effort of learner and facilitator results in huge success. I believe the spelling mistakes are also less because child writes on his own when teacher on the other side dictates. The students gradually becomes a mature learner too during online classes. Online class a blessing in disguise in this pandemics.
