I’ve been passionately baking since I was a teenager, experimenting with pastries, breads, and desserts for almost two decades. Over the past five years, I’ve taught small community classes to age group 19-30, showing them how to measure ingredients, follow recipes, and decorate their own treats. Although I don’t hold a formal credential in culinary arts, my extensive hands-on experience and ability to create a warm, encouraging atmosphere helps young learners develop kitchen confidence. By focusing on simple, fun recipes, I ensure learners not only understand the basics of baking but also cultivate a lifelong love for the craft.
