My experience spans from conducting thorough Learning Needs Assessments (LNA) and developing engagement plans, to sourcing and hiring for diverse roles across multiple platforms.

At Galderma, I successfully identified learning priorities, evaluated learning partners, and coordinated complex projects, ensuring smooth communication and execution. My role as a Talent Acquisition Intern at PeopleNorth Adcon further honed my skills in sourcing candidates across various platforms, leading to successful hires for multiple clients.

Additionally, my time at Your Retail Coach allowed me to manage end-to-end HR responsibilities, including designing job descriptions, sourcing, interviewing, onboarding candidates, and enhancing employee engagement. This experience has provided me with a well-rounded understanding of HR functions, making me a versatile and proactive candidate.
