Life taught many things. Teaching started while am in BTech, Explaining things and grooming with real time examples is my strength. I think this helped me to move along with my scheduled life to teach others, who are really willing to learn. My style of teaching - is defiantly not a boring class room training, I like to interact more and give more solid real time samples which will help learner to understand things more efficiently. Trust me , learning things is not a piece of cake for any. But if that same learning is made with real time examples, that will allow any to get the things straight and allows to keep then in practical experience. in my 5+ of IBM Tivoli Exp, I have trained freshers, Managers, Sr. Developers, Pre sales and rollout teams which helps them to choose another dimension of opportunities. Learning while teaching is more self experienced than expressing in words. Teaching others helped me to grow more as SME than a developer :). Only success mantra I trust is - Keep up, nothing can stop you.
