"I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and a Post Graduate Diploma in School Counseling. I am currently working as a School Counselor, where I support students' emotional, social, and academic development. Over time, I have conducted numerous one-on-one and group counseling sessions with students across different age groups. I have also taken many career counseling sessions, helping students explore their interests, set realistic goals, and make informed decisions about their future. My areas of focus include emotional regulation, stress management, time management, self-awareness, and career exploration. Additionally, I regularly conduct workshops for students, parents, and teachers to create a positive and supportive school environment."
