I have been immersed in the world of art and craft for over 23 years, with a deep passion and specialization in paper art. What began as a simple hobby quickly transformed into a lifelong journey of creativity and teaching. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of guiding hundreds of students—both children (ages 8 and above) and adults—into the vibrant and imaginative world of paper craft. This art form has not only helped my students express themselves creatively but has also empowered many women to explore income-generating opportunities.

My classes cover a wide range of paper-based techniques, including Art of Parchment, Paper Quilling, 3D Punch Art, Paper Tole, Origata, Sospeso Trasparente, Distress Ink Techniques, Paper Sculpture, and Decoupage. Each of these styles offers something unique—whether it's the lacy elegance of parchment craft, the delicate rollwork in quilling, or the layered beauty of paper tole. I believe that your imagination is the only limit in paper art, and my aim is to help students discover just how far their creativity can take them.

Although I hold a Master of Computer Science (MCS) from TIPCA, it was clear early on that my heart belonged to the arts. To professionally advance in this field, I earned my certification from the International Parchment Craft Academy (IPCA), Netherlands. I am proud to be a registered Pergamano Teacher—this recognition not only allowed me to teach globally recognized parchment techniques but also helped bring structure, depth, and authenticity to my classes.

Since March 2002, I’ve been deeply involved in women empowerment through art. I’ve created safe and encouraging learning environments where women can explore their creative side, gain confidence, and turn their skills into meaningful crafts. Many of my students have gone on to start small businesses, make customized handmade gifts, and even teach others in their communities. This transformation is one of the most rewarding aspects of my work.

I run Unicraft India – Creative Paper Art and Craft Classes, based in Pune, Maharashtra. Through Unicraft, I offer structured, hands-on training in traditional and contemporary paper art techniques. Whether it’s a regular class, a short-term workshop, or a corporate event, Unicraft India aims to make creative expression accessible and joyful for all.

My classes are conducted both online and offline, making it easy for students from different regions to participate. Whether you're an absolute beginner or someone looking to polish advanced techniques, I customize the sessions according to each learner’s goals and pace. I provide detailed guidance, from understanding tools and materials to mastering specific techniques that elevate your craft.

Teaching, for me, goes beyond just skills. It’s about inspiring confidence, building patience, and nurturing imagination. I continue to experiment, learn, and explore new paper art styles so I can bring fresh ideas and improved techniques into my classes. Every session is an opportunity to create something beautiful—and I’m honored to share that experience with my students.
