Has basic to intermediate knowledge in Salesforce but doesn't have advanced knowledge. Fees is more than what others charge. Time spent on teaching is very less compared to the fees paid . And moreover most topics in salesforce are not covered. Impatient while teaching. Not updated with latest knowledge in Salesforce. This is big drawback because salesforce keeps updating their CRM. Focused more on rushing the syllabus to complete rather than focusing on making the student understand. He said his name is Hakim but his urbanpro name is Kamini Upadhyay. I am not sure why it is different. I do not recommend .
