Dear Krishana, First and foremost in presentation is English language. Always use correct grammar and spellings. While preparing presentation on any topic, please enlist all points distinctly and sequentially which you want to present. In case you are preparing power point slides, only one point on one slide should be there. Narration which you are going to speak, of that point should be written below the slide as power point handout notes. Generally, one point in one slide can be explained for not more than 2-3 minutes, else audience feel boring.
