Fallah Khan

I'm a K11 certified strength and condition coach for the last  3 years. I specialise in strength training, weight training, functional fitness and intermittent fasting. I've also been trained in kickboxing for 1 year and have been self practising ever since. I train clients to improve their athleticism, joints and muscular strength. I also provide basic rehabilitation routines to prevent and fix any physical injuries during training.
I always believed in keeping a mindset of chasing better performance and strength. I don't consider making any of my clients only sweat and sore too much just to give that illusion of 'A Good Workout'.
Real progress can be fast or slow based on the client's dedication and the trainers coaching ability. Most coaches set a routine but I believe in setting a stronger lifestyle.
