My professional journey in healthcare began with a strong academic foundation through a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), complemented by a specialization in Healthcare Facilities Administration. This dual focus equipped me with both clinical expertise and a systems-level understanding of healthcare delivery.
I started my career in hospital-based clinical practice, working in medical wards where I gained extensive hands-on experience in patient care, monitoring, medication administration, and emergency response. During this time, I developed strong competencies in managing acute and chronic conditions, infection control, and multidisciplinary collaboration. My certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) further strengthened my ability to respond effectively in critical situations.
Building on my clinical foundation, I transitioned into more advanced and diversified roles. I worked as a Clinical Medical Advisor, where I contributed to clinical decision support, patient-centered care planning, and healthcare process optimization. This role allowed me to combine my clinical knowledge with analytical thinking to improve healthcare outcomes.
Recognizing the growing intersection between healthcare and technology, I expanded into the field of Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare. As an AI Trainer, I played a key role in training and refining medical AI systems by providing accurate clinical inputs, validating healthcare data, and ensuring alignment with real-world medical practices. This experience positioned me at the forefront of healthcare innovation.
In addition, I have contributed to community health services, where I actively participated in public health initiatives, patient education, and preventive care programs. This strengthened my understanding of population health and reinforced my commitment to accessible and equitable healthcare.
Parallel to my clinical and technical roles, I have been actively involved in academia. Currently, I serve as a Tutor / Clinical Instructor at Datta Meghe College of Nursing, where I teach BSc Nursing students, conduct practical demonstrations, guide clinical postings, and prepare students for university examinations and viva voce. My teaching focuses on bridging theoretical knowledge with real-world clinical practice.
I have also engaged in research and academic development, working on projects such as “Knowledge Regarding the Implication of Alcoholism in Undergraduate Students”, contributing to literature review, data understanding, and academic writing. Additionally, I have been involved in preparing educational materials, presentations, and structured nursing notes to enhance student learning outcomes.
Beyond traditional roles, I am actively exploring telehealth, remote healthcare services, and international career opportunities, aiming to leverage my diverse skill set in global healthcare environments. I am particularly interested in roles such as Telehealth Nurse, Medical Scribe, Registered Nurse, Clinical Advisor, and Healthcare Technology Consultant.
