Thanks Rakesh for your interest in Reiki. There are 4 levels in Reiki. Level 1 is for self Reiki and you can help those who are present with you. Level 1 is open for everyone , No previous experience or preparation is required. You can learn level 1 in 2 days. The course contents are theory on reiki, initiation where u are attuned to reiki energy and cleansing/ reiki session. After finishing 21 days practise with level 1 , you can learn level 2 reiki. Level 2 , is distant reiki. Here you learn to send reiki to someone who is away from you. Level 3 is inner master level. That can be learnt after finishing 21 days practise with level 2. Level 4 , or also called 3b is reiki teacher course , this course you will learn to initiate or teach reiki to others. .......Gitu Reiki Grandmaster.
