Thank you for visiting my profile. I'm an IT professional with 12+ years of experience. I've worked on several technologies during the period but my main area is Apache Http server/Apache Tomcat/Oracle Weblogic/Linux/Shell Scripting10/11/12.
I have provided training on above mentioned technologies online & offline and continue to do so today.
I always emphasis on technical hands-on sessions than theoretical session. A session begins with demo followed by training content and then daily or weekly classes or as per mutual understanding.
I always make sure that my client has enough confidence after completion of a training session that he/she is able to take up any relevant job/task in their field immediately.
I always serve better and seek feedback from my client to improve further.
