I am an experienced Company Secretary (CS) professional and educator with around 10 years of experience in teaching and mentoring CS students. I help students understand Company Secretary subjects clearly, build strong conceptual foundations, and prepare systematically for their examinations. I have completed my Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) and the Company Secretary (CS) professional course. I also cleared the CS Professional examination on my first attempt, which reflects the disciplined and structured approach I have developed towards professional examinations. Alongside teaching, I have around 10 years of professional experience in Secretarial, Legal, and Statutory Compliance. My work has involved handling a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, joint ventures and collaborations, legal due diligence, ESOPs, and equity funding, including pre-IPO transactions. This professional exposure allows me to connect theoretical concepts with real corporate situations while teaching.

I also have experience in drafting various agreements, providing legal opinions on diverse matters under the Companies Act, 2013, and advising organisations on corporate and regulatory compliance. I bring these practical experiences into my classes wherever relevant so that students can understand how concepts are applied in professional settings. I believe that connecting academic topics with real-world examples can make complex subjects more meaningful and easier to understand.
