Chetan Sharma

I am a payroll professional with 13 years of experience handling payroll for employees across more than 25 countries. I started at the very ground level, doing data entry and reconciliation, and over the years I moved into managing full payroll operations and large transformation projects for multinational organisations.

My core areas are multi country payroll processing, statutory compliance, vendor transitions, data migration, UAT and testing, cutover planning, and Excel based reporting and automation. I also work a lot on process documentation and governance, which is where most people struggle when they move from a processing role into a managerial one.

I teach in a very practical way. No heavy theory. I use real payroll scenarios, real templates, and real mistakes I have seen so the learner knows exactly what happens on the job.

I am happy to teach freshers who want to enter payroll, as well as working professionals who want to move up into global payroll or transformation roles. Sessions are online and I keep them flexible around working hours.
