I used to be an overweight person myself, but with the right scientific nutrition and exercise regime, I completely transformed myself. My learnings during my own transformation has led me to create systems and distill it into replicable processes that has helped clients achieve significant results. I truly believe that health & fitness should be sustainable and imbibed as a lifelong skill rather than just a quick fix.
