Anusha B. - Experienced & Certified Salesforce Admin

I am a Salesforce and Revenue Technology Administrator with hands-on experience managing Salesforce in a fast-paced business environment. I work extensively with Salesforce configuration, Flow automation, security and access management, reports and dashboards, data management, troubleshooting, integrations, and release/QA processes.

I enjoy helping people understand Salesforce through practical, real-world examples rather than simply memorizing concepts. I can help beginners learn Salesforce Administration from the ground up, prepare for the Salesforce Administrator certification, and gain hands-on knowledge of objects and relationships, profiles and permission sets, sharing and security, Flow Builder, validation rules, reports and dashboards, data management, and troubleshooting.

I can also help beginners who are working on Salesforce projects and need guidance understanding requirements, designing solutions, troubleshooting issues, testing their work, or applying Salesforce concepts to real-world scenarios.

Before we begin training, I like to understand your current knowledge and goals. Please share whether you are completely new to Salesforce or already have some experience, any certifications or courses you have completed, whether you have worked on Salesforce professionally or on practice projects, and what you would like to achieve from the training. If you are currently working on a project, you can also share the areas where you need guidance. This helps me tailor the sessions to your experience level instead of following the same approach for everyone.

My teaching approach is practical, structured, and interactive. My goal is to help you understand not just how something works in Salesforce, but why and when you would use it in a real business environment.
