Instead of placing blind limit orders at HTF Order Blocks ("touch-and-go"), the single most effective confirmation filter is the LTF Liquidity Sweep with Displacement.

└──> LTF Sweep of Minor Liquidity (IDM)
└──> Aggressive LTF Change of Character (CHoCH)
└──> Fresh Imbalance (FVG) Entry
Confirms Institutional Sponsorship: A CHoCH without aggressive displacement (large energetic candles leaving FVGs) is often just noise or internal liquidity building. The presence of a fresh LTF FVG proves real institutional volume has entered the market.
Defends Against Deep Sweeps: If price intends to mitigate the Extreme OB rather than a Decisional OB, the LTF will fail to print a valid CHoCH + FVG at the Decisional zone—saving you from a premature stop-out.
Tightens Risk-to-Reward: Wait for LTF price action to lock in structural realignment on the 1m or 3m timeframe inside a 15m/1h POI. This allows for tighter stop-loss placement below the micro-sweep low rather than the entire HTF zone.
