I am a certified fitness trainer (K11 Academy – APT, ongoing) with 4+ years of self training experience and hands-on gym floor exposure. I specialize in strength training, fat loss, muscle building, and general fitness for beginners to advanced clients.

I have worked with male and female clients, including beginners, working professionals, and older adults (40–70 years), focusing on safe exercise techniques, mobility, posture correction, and injury prevention. I am experienced in handling clients with weak lower body strength, joint stiffness, and low endurance, and I design programs that gradually build strength and confidence.
