I'm a competitive swimmer and swim coach with over 6 years of experience in the field. I began as an Assistant Swim Coach for 3 years, working closely with beginner and intermediate swimmers before transitioning to independent coaching in 2021.

Since then, I've been coaching competitive swimmers, designing structured performance and progression plans tailored to individual athlete levels, and tracking performance metrics to continuously refine training approaches.

I've competed at the National level in swimming, and also have competitive experience in Biathlon, which has given me a well-rounded understanding of endurance training, technique refinement, and performance psychology under competitive pressure.

My coaching approach focuses on building strong fundamentals — stroke technique, water confidence, and pacing strategy — while adapting training plans to each swimmer's individual goals, whether that's competitive performance or steady skill progression. I work with both beginners looking to build a strong foundation and competitive swimmers aiming to improve technique and race performance.

I'm currently pursuing my BBA at IIM Bangalore alongside coaching, which has sharpened my ability to plan structured, goal-oriented programs and manage time effectively — skills I bring directly into how I coach.
