I am Sqn Ldr Adhishree Aggarwal (Retd). I have served in the Indian Air Force for 10 yrs as Fighter Controller which is part of Air Defence operations. Fighter controllers are responsible to ensure our Indian Air space remains clear of intrusion, carry out combat interceptions and provide radar surveillance to all the flying objects within my area of responsibility. I have been posted to highly intense operational units and have held various crucial appointments like Sector Director, Training Director and Senior Operations Officer.

At present, I am running my own venture, Troopup. It is an activity-based Training and Development organization, focused on conducting Training bootcamps inspired from the military training methods and techniques to deliver effective & impactful learnings. The training is based on experiential learning methodology which employs hands-on, interactive learning approach where participants learn by doing, reflecting and applying their experiences to real-world scenarios.

The training bootcamps are categorized as Experiential Learning camp, Team building program and Military Training bootcamps.
