I usually take up numerical papers and spend a lot of time solving problems so that the students will not only get a good idea of the subject but also can easily take up competitive examinations. Every semester I conduct internal workshops for the students in circuit simulation and PCB design software. I am a lifetime member of ISTE and I have also presented papers in numerous international conferences. I am focused on tutoring students for full courses and avoid crash courses because the student cannot get a good grasp of the concepts in the subject over a small crash course.
