I work as the Head Academic Coordinator for the School cum competitive exam coaching institute in Puducherry and as Maths facilitator in a school handling CBSE for the high school students. I am responsible for designing, developing and implementing academic programmes, coordinating with teachers and other academic & non-academic staff to ensure that academic standards are met for the school as well as the NEET JEE Institute, and monitoring student progress. Conducting one-to-one career guidance counselling is more of a service now, especially guiding & encouraging the students for the Foundation programme, which helps the students to crack Olympiad, ISTSE, and NSTSE exams and pushing their limits to crack NEET, IIT-JEE, IISER, CLAT, and CUET exams with great confidence. I have a career path of mentoring 1940 students for NEET; among them, 1015 students have joined MBBS on merit, 34 for IIT & 70 for NIT, and 3 students for IISER, along with many students clearing Olympiad and ISTSE every year under my supervision.
