As a Senior Resident in Microbiology, I have been actively involved in academic teaching and training of undergraduate (MBBS) and postgraduate medical students. My responsibilities include conducting practical sessions, small-group discussions, and theory classes, with a focus on simplifying complex microbiological concepts and enhancing clinical correlation. I also contribute to the training of interns and junior residents, particularly in laboratory techniques, diagnostic interpretation, and infection control protocols. I strive to create an engaging and supportive learning environment, encouraging curiosity, critical thinking, and evidence-based understanding among students. My teaching approach integrates both foundational knowledge and current developments in microbiology, ensuring students are well-prepared for both examinations and clinical practice.
