Arihara Vijay

I am a passionate photographer and visual storyteller with a strong focus on capturing emotions, real-life moments, and natural light compositions. My work spans , Event photography, Wedding photography Street photography, portraits, landscapes, and documentary-style photography.

Over the years, I have developed hands-on experience in:
• Composition and framing
• Natural light photography
• Portrait lighting techniques
• Storytelling through images
• Photo editing and color grading
• Camera fundamentals (manual mode mastery – ISO, shutter, aperture)

Alongside photography, I am also training in filmmaking and screenwriting, which helps me teach photography from a cinematic and storytelling perspective — not just technical settings. I guide students to think about:
• How to make viewers feel something
• How to create mood and depth
• How to tell a story with a single image

I regularly practice street and outdoor photography, capturing people, everyday life, and nature. My approach is practical and beginner-friendly, focusing on real-world shooting rather than theory alone.

I also conduct photo walks where in we can go around the streets, take photos and then discuss them
