High repetions for muscle growth

Dont go for ego lifts in the gym. As high repetitions with light to medium weights can build best muscular body with no risk of injury to your joints and maintaing best form.

Dont change ur food habits suddenly,list out all ur poor food habits and take 3-5days to stop it.so in that way u can change and will stick to ur goal.Use compound exercises and light weight with high reps with min rest.And most imp have Patience.
