First of all.. It all depends upon your change. You have to disturb your routine and focus on consistency for workout. People work for years to have a healthy and fit physique. Start and develop your plan accordingly. Talking about diet, have 5 meals a day instead of 2 heavy meals. More on this, WhatsApp... ...more

Have 5 short meals instead of 2 heavy meals a day. Don't eat milk in morning as it increases acidity level. Have a Glass of milk after one hour post dinner, will be helpful and have a walk after it. then go to sleep.
