I am an India-qualified lawyer with an MBA in Finance and around 15 years of corporate legal and contract-management experience, including work with Accenture and support for Rio Tinto through Elevate Services.

My experience covers contract law, commercial agreements, contract drafting and review, legal research, compliance, risk assessment and stakeholder coordination. I have also trained and mentored junior team members, supported onboarding and conducted contract-awareness sessions for business stakeholders.

I offer practical guidance to LLB, BA LLB, BBA LLB, BCom and BBA students in Contract Law, Business Law, Company Law, legal research and legal drafting. My classes use simple explanations, practical examples and actual corporate situations.

I also support students, fresh graduates and professionals preparing for corporate careers. These sessions cover the general structure of corporate interviews, competency-based and situational questions, presenting experience clearly, professional communication and mock-interview practice. For legal and contract-management aspirants, I can provide role-specific preparation based on the type of work commonly handled in corporate legal teams.
