Roles and Responsibilities

Handling all the MI activities i.e. Timesheet Management, invoicing, forecasting, budgeting etc.
Preparing Dynamic Dashboard, KPI Dashboard & Weekly Dashboard for various processes
Preparing various automation sheets to calculate PIMS, Quality & TAT
Preparing billable and non-billable utilization report for whole sector and also for individual accounts.
Responsible for preparing business management deck to discuss in client and strategic meetings
Preparing action plan and trend analysis for the specific process where SLA’s get affected
Doing analysis of data and providing findings to the concerned Managers / Directors in review meetings.
Taking care of billable / non-billable hours and leaves of employees working on different projects.
Looking after non-compliance in project
Following up with Directors / Head / Managers regarding completion of review.
Setting-up meetings with the management / clients
Weekly and Monthly Headcount Analysis and Resources Booking.
Chasing up for data with stakeholders for reports input.
Identifying areas of improvement in the process and taking necessary actions to improve it.
Feeding back information to staff via useful and productive staff meetings
Creatively thinking of new ways to work within the business plan
Organizing and meeting with staff to discuss personal development
