I have taught all subjects to Class I to V students. It really satisfies my heart to teach them because around this age they stay super curious and remain keen to learn facts and figures from books and new things and stuff from experience. For the same reason, it becomes a little difficult to teach them. We have to be cautious and impart the right education in the right way. Since this is the phase of life in which they are sportive and active, making learning fun will help engage them and draw their attention. The kids of Grades 1 to 5 show a lot of affection to their teachers. They look up to them always. So it's important to inspire them by being a role model and a friend. Appreciation plays a vital role for the improvement of these kids. Finding what they are talented at to motivate them and where they are weak to uplift them adds to the role and responsibilities of the mentor. The grow along with our teachings.
