Sugriv Chavan

My musical journey spans over **15 years** as a musician, performer, and music educator. My passion for music led me to develop my skills in **Guitar, Keyboard, and Drums**, and eventually build a career dedicated to teaching and performing.

In **2012, I founded Tuneup Music Academy**, where I have been training and mentoring students in their musical journey. Over the years, I have worked with various music institutes and schools, including **Colours Innovation Academy, Music Campus, Art 4 Fun, and Kalashree Music**.

Currently, I serve as **Head of Department (HOD) – Music at DPGU SMR College, Pune**, where I lead the music department, teach students, develop curriculum, and prepare them for performances, competitions, and events.

Along with teaching, I have performed at **more than 500 live events**, including clubs, private gigs, and family functions. I have also had the opportunity to serve as a judge at music events such as **VIBGYOR Pune, PCMC Idol, and LUMAX Event**.
My journey continues through constant learning and musical growth. I have completed **Madhyama Purna**, **Praveshika Purna**, and music grades from **Trinity College London**, while continuing my **Visharad** studies. From performing on stage to mentoring students and building music communities, music continues to be an important part of my life and career.
