I am a personal fitness trainer, specializing in helping students and clients improve their physical health, fitness levels, and overall well-being. Over the past 4 years, I have worked closely with individuals to design training programs that are tailored to their unique goals and abilities.

I hold a K11 certification (2025) and a Diploma in Personal and Fitness Training, which have equipped me with the technical knowledge and practical skills needed to create effective and safe fitness programs. My training allows me to combine scientific principles with practical application, ensuring every session delivers measurable results.

My expertise spans multiple areas of fitness, including fat loss coaching, weight gain programs, functional training, body recomposition, and customized workout & diet planning. I also focus on client motivation, goal tracking, fitness assessments, and progress monitoring, which are crucial for achieving long-term results.

I adopt a practical and personalized approach in my classes, focusing on interactive and goal-oriented sessions. Each session is carefully structured with clear objectives, ensuring students understand the techniques and the rationale behind every exercise.

I conduct offline classes, where I can provide hands-on guidance, correct postures, and monitor progress closely. I emphasize gradual improvement, encouraging students to push their limits safely while building strength, endurance, and confidence.
