I am passionate & dedicated clinical nutritionist to improve public awareness of living healthy in harmony with nature.
As a clinical nutritionist, I work with clients to meet their health goals through the healing power of food and therapeutic nutrients.  With deep training in clinical nutrition. I help my clients uncover and shift their relationships to food and wellness. 
I encourage positive and lasting change with simple and effective lifestyle modifications. 

I conduct a thorough health history to create a customized food plan specific to client needs, dietary preferences, and health concerns.

 By addressing the root causes of imbalance and by introducing gradual, long-lasting changes, a shift to true wellness is possible.

My communication and interpersonal skills allow me to engage with the public and with clients on a one to one basis easily. I am adopted in public speaking & conduct corporate workshop ,recipe workshop,nutrition workshop on regular basis .


We all know that diet and lifestyle can have a huge impact on overall health, disease prevention and mental well-being.

Hence through this knowledge I develop the trust, confidence in my client about their own health & play a role of mentor in their life so that they can achieve their health goal & become the best version of themselves .This is my true mission & vision.
