I worked in Corporate sector, in a Product Company for 22 years. After 21+ years in the CAD & PLM ecosystem, I’ve had the opportunity to work across Product Management, Enterprise Customer Support, Customer Success, Escalation Management, and Technical Advisory.

My journey has been driven by one core belief: great products are built by understanding customers deeply and turning their challenges into meaningful business outcomes.

Over the years, I’ve led high-impact initiatives—from reducing critical escalations and support backlogs to improving customer satisfaction, accelerating resolution times, and protecting significant recurring revenue.

Today, I’m passionate about product excellence, customer experience, operational transformation, and building high-performing teams.
