I want to change my career path. Currently I am working in aero testing domain as technical lead(12+ exp) Now I want to change my career to devOps or AWS. Can you please suggest me whether I should switch to devOps or AWS or Cloud. it will be helpful for me and also my previous experience will be counted.

Go with DevOps. It has more opportunities.

If you're working in the aero testing domain, better go with DevOps, which has more career opportunities.
