Why is creating own crypt function considered so bad in PHP?

Creating new secure ciphers is a tough task done over years of work and auditing by professors and very specialized people. And hackers are not dump to overcome the fact that the cipher you created is dumbest. most hackers use already built tools, that analyze the cipher data in a systematic way (in few seconds), that most probably will reveal its weakness. Even implementing a cryptographic library needs a lot of effort and experience, that many companies only work on this task alone. As an example, Cryptographic libraries such as BouncyCastle go through a lot of audition and testing over years only to get the FIPS recognition which makes it possible to be used in government agencies. In summary, NEVER EVER USE YOUR OWN INVENTED CIPHER and NOT EVEN YOUR OWN IMPLEMENTATION OF EXISTING Ciphers. read less

it is charge for online course or not?
I found out from my experience that if there is no charge for the course, the students are not serious and even bunk classes. Also, the fees are one of the ways you can repay what a teacher provides you,:)
