Which language should I use, PHP Laravel or AngularJS (or something else), for creating a website with heavy traffic and large amounts of data?

PHP is running on server side and you will have to use both of them. Laravel is a PHP's framework that's it. You can pick laravel with angular or laravel with react js. Go ahead with some research on these techs. But yes, you have to all these above techs in your new project. read less
