PHP is easier. Hadoop needs experience. a diploma from private institutes will not get you a job in Hadoop.

I am working as a senior PHP Developer with more than 8 years of experience. I am familiar with almost all major PHP and CMS and frameworks. But I am getting way less package than the market standards for my experience? What would be the best technology/domain for me if I want to make a shift in my career with good salary?
