Where can I find a PHP.ini file in XAMPP?

With XAMPP, the php.ini file is called "php" Click on the file called "php" then you will see another folder called "php", click on that, this is the php.ini file

I am working as a senior PHP Developer with more than 8 years of experience. I am familiar with almost all major PHP and CMS and frameworks. But I am getting way less package than the market standards for my experience? What would be the best technology/domain for me if I want to make a shift in my career with good salary?
As per your experience now you should move to data science, Big Data and Hadoop.
