Hi Sivaganesh We would prfer you to go with python framework. Because Pythone is more robust then PHP and from security prespective it provide more options.

PHP is faster on the server and specialized language for website development and it is recommnded to develop any e-commerce site using PHP.

it is charge for online course or not?
I found out from my experience that if there is no charge for the course, the students are not serious and even bunk classes. Also, the fees are one of the ways you can repay what a teacher provides you,:)
