What is the best database for building a semi large scale social networking website with PHP?

The MySql if you want to work with RDBMS. Mongodb if preference is no SQL. Or you can use both, we log data in mongodb which have writing more but reading occasionally like logs data. Other alternate of MySql is postgres sql.

it is charge for online course or not?
I found out from my experience that if there is no charge for the course, the students are not serious and even bunk classes. Also, the fees are one of the ways you can repay what a teacher provides you,:)
