Is it hard to code eCommerce website in PHP from scratch (no frameworks or plugins/libraries), for learning purpose?

NO!!! if you are not using any framework or plugins but you know PHP very well , it will be fun to create a webportal with no restricitons

For learning purpose you can start coding with creating Blog functionalities. First you can write for Blog (add/edit/update/delete/image upload etc.), after that you can start any type of eCommerce website.
