I’m not interested in HTML, CSS or JavaScript. If my only interest is in working with PHP and MySQL, can I still get a job as a web developer?

Websites run on 3 major platforms HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT. But you can still get the job as backend developer. I would recommend you to learn both frontend and backend.
