I am working as a senior PHP Developer with more than 8 years of experience. I am familiar with almost all major PHP and CMS and frameworks. But I am getting way less package than the market standards for my experience? What would be the best technology/domain for me if I want to make a shift in my career with good salary?

Try to shift companies frequently like once in 2 years with 20 to 35% hike. Seriously it ll work (I am doing the same) and anyway new tech will come by doing things, so no issues.
