First at all as a php trainer i would ask if you know html,csss,javascript nicely or not. As per me you should be at mediator level in those things to start php. Ok hopping you know that. Then go for some basic function in first weeks like echo,string functions,array functions,regex etc. in 2nd week go for mysql queries like insert,update ,delete,select,like,in,join etc. in 3rd week practice on compbining and implementing everything. in 4th week learn about ajax,jquery and object oriented principals of php.
