Grammar is the structure of the language - the framework, how it all fits together. Phonics (actually a method of teaching reading and writing) relates to the sounds of the language and how those sounds make up words.

is there any way that we can charge the students for demo?

When we give them demo for free.. they sometimes do not attend the same and sometimes just attend it for a pass time.

The tutors are charged with coins which means it is free when the student books a demo and we the tutors have to forgo the coins if not attended by student.i really do not understand the logic for this...
