Phonics are always important as it gives a sense of humour saying or reading the words in crystal clear way along with proper pronunciation and articulation. There is no such age of learning this. If they learn in young age this is good and if they want to learn while they become working professional that is also good. Age is not a matter learning phonics. The different is if they learn in young age they may not understand the importance of it and it may take some times but when they are working professional they know they would be dealing with clients and hence it's important to learn and when there is a need people tend to learn things faster with double speed.... read less
